All matters of concern or complaints must be submitted in writing by the Club Secretary or other officer acting on its behalf to the League Resolution Lead by completing this form within 72 hours. A matter of concern is an enquiry or expression of dissatisfaction about:
1. Competition run by NLNL League
2. Apparent failures to follow NLNL League Rules and or Constitution
3. Standard of officiating in NLNL
Where a complaint relates to the administration of the league by the League Committee, such complaints will be dealt with under the Complaints Procedure of the Middlesex County Netball Association.
The League Resolution Lead will gather all the facts and form an independent panel of three, who will review the matter of concern / complaint and determine an outcome. A formal acknowledgment of the complaint will be sent within 7 days and a full reply will be provided after an investigation within 28 days.
