Handmade Items - Vendor Interest Form

Only submit if your items are handcrafted by you and are not a mass produced product / made by others.  

If you provide items for consumption, you will need to have a City of Springfield food permit / license.

We will only be inviting a handful of vendors to join our store - please be patient as we work through submissions and selection of vendors.  We will email you within 2 business days to confirm your inquiry!

All ages of vendors welcome :) Are you 18+ or your own legal guardian?  If not, a legal guardian will need to be present for paperwork if selected to be a vendor with our store. *
Limit of 10 items available for sale at any given time allowed - as sold, you may replenish to keep 10 in stock for the month. *
Items not selling must be rotated out monthly to continue interest of new and returning customers. *
Listing items for sale on our website will be required and shared on social media (age permitting) with the link to purchase to increase opportunities for sales.  You will be taught how to do this and visual directions provided.  What is your level of comfort with this? *
