16th Annual African Festival of Boston Vendor Registration Form
Dear African Festival Vendor,
We are excited to announce that the 16th Annual African Festival of Boston will be held at the Boston Common Park on August 15, 2026. We would love for you to be part of this incredible celebration of African culture! This year's festival is scheduled for one day on August 15, 2026. Please see read below information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Vendor fee covers for August 15th, 2026 -Only!!!
  • Setup time is strictly from 6: 00 AM to 10:00 AM—Late setup will not be permitted.
  • Once setup is complete, all vehicles must be moved to off-site parking.
  • All vendors must cease sales by 8:30 PM.
  • Food vendors requiring permits must complete the attached additional form.
  • Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment and required documents.

  • Please note that priority placement will be given to AFOB members who have paid their annual dues. All other vendors will be placed on a waitlist.Thank you for your understanding.

  • To officially confirm your spot and secure inclusion in our promotional lineup, please submit your booth payment at your earliest convenience via any of the following methods:
