Nashville Comicon 2021 Refund Form

Hello Everyone,

Due to the impact of COVID-19, Nashville Comicon will be postponed until 2022. We know this is sad news but it’s the right choice to hit pause, regroup, and bounce back even stronger for 2022. We thank everyone for their support and ask that everyone stay healthy, stay safe, and be kind to one another in this difficult time. We thank everyone at the Nashville Fairgrounds for being flexible and helping us carry on with the show.

What happens next?
Refunds will be issued for anyone who wants one, or your pass will be honored for the 2022 show, whichever works best for you. Attendees and Vendors just need to reach out to us directly using the refund form below to let us know which option you'd like.

Submit your full name, email, and phone number via our refund form and you’ll be refunded (minus fees) within 30 days of notifying us. This will likely be much sooner but it's the suggested refund time from our partners.

Our ticket provider will be issuing refunds daily as they are verified. If you submit incorrect information there may be a delay in payment and they may contact you directly to resolve any issues. All requests must be submitted by Wednesday, April 15, 2021. After that, all passes and exhibitor space will convert to the 2021 show.

Pass sales are currently on hold but will reopen soon with the updated info.

To make sure this is stated clearly: If you opt for a refund you will lose the transaction fees. We don’t have the ability to waive those, but we do want to give you the option of a refund.

The new date for the show will be June 4-5, 2022 at the the Fairgrounds Nashville and we hope to see everyone then. :D
