Meal preference for the conference banquet at "De Grolsch Veste" 25th of July
The three-course meal consists of the following:
Soup of green asparagus with pine nuts and sliced asparagus
Meal of your choice (see next question)
Tarte tatin of apple with vanilla cream and red fruit
Which main meal do you prefer?
Chicken thigh Roulleaux and truffle served on green cabbage with potato gratin and sage gravy
Red mullet rubbed with red pesto and crayfish, potato rὃsti and tarragon sauce
Gnocchi with a creamy sauce of truffle and Parmesan cheese with chopped leaf parsley and olive oil
