2026 DAPCEP Fall Financial Aid Form
Families who wish to apply for financial aid must complete the form below AFTER enrolling students in the DAPCEP online system: www.dapcep.org. Proof of income must be provided to DAPCEP to be considered for a scholarship. Refer to the table below to determine what documents you will fax to 313.324.8760 or scan/photo copy and email to info@dapcep.org. The deadline to submit applications and proof of income is 
September 11, 2026. We cannot process applications without receiving the proper proof of income. 

Parents must pay the full amount due of the camp cost. You will be reimbursed for 50% of the camp cost if approved for a financial aid award.

You will need the following information to complete your financial aid application:

Copies of your most recent IRS Federal Form 1040, 1040A, 1040EX US Individual Income Tax Return - first 2 pages only. Black out or cover up the SSNs.

OR

Copies of all supporting documentation for household Non-Taxable Income such as: Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).

We are unable to accept pay stubs and W2 forms.

Financial aid is provided for one class only. 

Note: Parents will have to pay the full cost of the class to register. Once the financial aid application is approved, a refund of 50% will be processed within 24 to 72 business hours, back onto the original payment method. 

We cannot process applications until the required proof of income is sent to our office.

Awards are granted one per student. Students will not receive an award for multiple classes.
