Vendor Registration Form - VENDING REGISTRATION CLOSES August 20th at Midnight.

Registration - OPEN for FOOD and MERCHANDISE -- Please See Registration Section

We are accepting submission for merchandise vendors on a first come first serve basis until closed.

Please complete the form and you will be entered into our system to request vending at Hookahville 50. This form will notify us of your intent and to provide information that will hold your place in the queue by timestamping your request. It is the best method to lock in your booth or walking pass at this time. If you do not want to process your application online, please contact hookahville@alchemyhouse.com and request the paper application.

Vendors row MERCHANDISE - OPEN 10x10 Booth: (includes 2 tickets and electric hook up): $450.00* if registration and full payment is received by July 21, 2018 and paid online*. We have 15 Slots Available - we are looking for unique merchandise.

Vendors row FOOD - OPEN 20x20 Booth: (includes 4 tickets and up to 220 electric hook up): $1000.00* if registration and full payment is received by July 21, 2018 and paid online*. We only have 7-8 Food Slots. Food Will Sell Out

Vendors row SPECIALTY FOOD - OPEN 20x20 Booth: (Includes 3 tickets and 110 electric hookup): Rates for specialty vending begin at $500* through July 21, 2018 and paid online*. Vendors who specialize in limited or select items that do not cater to Full Service Meals -- We only have 2 Specialty Food Slots.

ALL VENDING SELECTION WILL BE CLOSED by August 21, 2018.
NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Vending Includes:
2 General Admission Passes to Event for Merchandise Sales-includes 1 vehicle pass (inside the arena)
3 General Admission Passes to Event for Specialty Food Sales-includes 1 vehicle pass (inside the arena)
4 General Admission Passes to Event for Food Sales-includes 1 vehicle pass (inside the arena)

Payment:
Payment confirms your commitment to participate. Please submit carefully and ensure you are able to vend at the event. This is a nonrefundable, rain or shine event and once your slot is registered and confirmed, we cannot offer it to someone else.

By submitting this form, it does not guarantee that you will be selected to Vend. Spots are limited and we only have so many that we can offer.

Restrictions:
NO RV's will be permitted behind your vending space on this show - Space is at a premium.
NO pull behinds or campers allowed in Vending Row. 1 car per site. Everybody who purchases a 10x10 space has an opportunity to upgrade into a 15x25 deep space or if you are vending in a 20'x20' space can upgrade to a 33'x33' deep space -- Please inquire with us if you need more space or have any questions.

* For all online or credit card payments there is a 3.5% processing fee added to the total.
