1. FCM shall not be held liable for any damage deriving from your participation in the event, including, without limitation, damages caused by errors, inaccuracies, interruptions, defects, cancellations, loss of data, unauthorized access, viruses or other losses. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall FCM and FCM's staff, volunteers, security, successors and assigns be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the event.
2. FCM reserves the right to discontinue the participation privileges of any participant who engages in any manner inconsistent with the event rules or any federal, state, or local laws, statutes or ordinances. In addition to discontinuance or removal of participant, FCM shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.
3. By participating in the event, each participant agrees to have his/her name, photograph, voice, and likeness used in any and all media for promotional purposes.
4. Participant shall follow directions from FCM Staff, volunteers, and ISOC staff and security at all times, failure to do so may result in issuance of warning, removal from event, and/or discontinuance from future events.
Revving, speeding, or burnouts will automatically result in removal from event, discontinuance from future events, and/or appropriate fines.
