MEDIA CREDENTIALS APPLICATION
DUE DATE: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2026Thank you for your interest in WXPN's annual XPoNential Music Festival presented by Subaru! The festival will take place rain or shine Friday, Sept. 18 through Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026 at Wiggins Waterfront Park, 2 Riverside Dr., Camden, NJ 08103. A limited number of media and photo passes are reserved for media members who are on assignment to cover the Festival. To apply, please answer each question in this application, then make sure to click on SUBMIT.
Applications with incomplete or insufficient information will be declined.
If other members of the same media outlet will be sharing coverage responsibilities, each one must complete and submit this form.
NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Applicants will be notified week of the festival following the completion date of this form.
An editor’s letter (emailed from the editor from an official publication/outlet email address to Joe@missingpiecegroup.com) is required for all freelance photographers and writers. No applications from freelance photographers or writers who are not officially on assignment for a publication/outlet will be accepted. Media credentials will only be issued for members of the media on assignment.
FESTIVAL MEDIA POLICIES
A photo ID must be presented to claim credentials. No guests will be permitted.
Media credential is for all three days of the festival. Credentials are non-transferable
Acceptance of media credentials signifies agreement to provide media coverage.
If you are selected to cover the festival, you will be contacted by September 15 with check-in and specific media instructions. Media credentials may be obtained during specific hours and at a specific location during each day of the festival.
No video/filming and/or audio recording of any performances is permitted without express written approval.
Members of the media must display credentials at all times and are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Those not adhering to festival policies may be asked to surrender their credentials and exit the grounds.
Media credentials allow general admission to the festival and access to photo pits at the festival’s two stages for the first three songs of each performer’s set only (unless otherwise specified). No use of flash or stools is permitted. No onstage or backstage access is permitted.
WXPN issues credentials for legitimate journalistic use only. Photos and reviews are not authorized for personal or commercial use, and such use is a violation of access and credentials issued.
WXPN does not arrange for media interviews with festival artists during the festival, however, we can assist you in connecting with an artist's rep.
WXPN does not provide free parking for the festival.
