United Oregon Providers Association -- Signature Card

We’re AFH providers from across Oregon — APD, I/DD, Mental Health. Our current union isn’t working for us. We’re built a statewide association — UOPA — that puts providers first.

Being a provider today is tough:

  • Hard to become a provider
  • Licensor decisions can feel unfair
  • Staffing is a struggle
  • We save the state money, yet we’re barely getting by

It doesn’t have to be this way. Oregon used to lead in community-based care — we can lead again.
