Northumberland Pride – Market Stall Application 2019
Thank you for getting involved in Northumberland Pride.

Northumberland Pride 2018 was attended by over 2,500 people, our colourful march attracted over 500 people. Our main event will take place at Alnwick Rugby Club, Greensfield Ave, Alnwick, Northumberland, NE66 1BE on 1st June 2019 and we expect even more people to attend.

We will be celebrating #Stonewall50 in 2019, a WorldPride celebration that marks the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising.

About Northumberland Pride

Northumberland Pride is a community based registered charity no.1176263, led by volunteers that aims to improve the lives of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT+) people throughout the County of Northumberland.

We promote equality and diversity by eliminating discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation and gender identity by raising awareness of the issues faced by LGBT+ people and create space spaces where LGBT+ people can explore their culture and heritage, breaking down barriers by celebrating inclusivity and removing social exclusion.

Northumberland Pride 2019

Holding a stall at Northumberland Pride in 2019 will support organisational equality and diversity aims and targets, raise awareness of your services and/or products and can show commitment to your engagement with LGBT+ communities and our allies.

There’s a real buzz about Northumberland Pride and due to the enormous success of 2018, we anticipate the demand for stalls in 2019 will be high. We welcome applications from both information and commercial stalls and applying for a stall early will guarantee you a discount off the standard cost and avoid any disappointment.

Northumberland Pride charge a fee for market stalls. We are a charity and as such pricing reflects the increased costs of hosting a market place at our event. We may be able to provide space for your own structures, however we ask that you let us know as part of this application, so we know that we can accommodate you and that it meets health and safety requirements.

All stall holders should read the terms attached, submitting an application confirms you agree to these and a copy will be emailed to you on completion of this application. We hope you have a great day and any queries should be directed to darren.irvine90@gmail.com.

The organising committee will allocate pitches after the 30th April 2019. Locations will be allocated to best fit with the event plan, taking into account health and safety and the objectives of the event. Although decisions of the committee are final, if you have a location preference i.e. next to another organisation, please let us know using the space below.
