1) This is a form for pre-registration. We won't request payment in the pre-registration stage. Once we confirm the training delivery we'll inform the applicants for arranging the payment.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations and Refunds:
Should you be unable to attend after registration, we will accept written cancellation by no later than 30 days prior to the training. Thereafter, we regret we are unable to refund any fees, although in such case we would be happy to welcome a participant replacement. This should be confirmed in writing.

Training Cancellation:
In the event that the minimum required attendees cannot be filled, HKI-SIA may, at its discretion, re-schedule or cancel the training. Full training fee will be refunded on request in case of training cancellation. HKI-SIA will not be responsible, nor held liable, for any other costs incurred as a result of a rescheduling or cancellation.

Participation and Training Certificates:
Should you be unable to attend one or some of the training sessions, no replacement session will be arranged. Training certificates will only be issued should a minimum of 80% attendance be fulfilled.
