* 9:00 - 10:30 am Part 1 - for all participants, regardless of their level of responsibility in a unit
* 10:30 am - 1:30 pm Part 2 - builds on what was learned in Part 1 and is specific to the needs of participants who are responsible in their unit for maintaining a spreadsheet, reconciling bank statements, writing cheques, completing annual reports, etc.

My unit uses centralized or consolidated banking
Centralized or consolidated banking is where the District Treasurer is responsible for maintaining all the financial records and writing all cheques, and typically the unit Guiders are responsible for tracking payments to the unit and sometimes making deposits to the bank

This training is free for participants from West Coast Area who attend. If you are unable to attend, please give at least 24 hours' notice. If you do not give enough notice and do not attend, your District will be charged the $10 training fee, and they may seek to recover that fee from you.
