Talent Garden Club meets the first Saturday of the month from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at theΒ
Talent Library. Please join us!
Talent Garden ClubΒ activities include (but not limited to):
- speaker presentations (varied topics such as gardens, pollinators,Β pruning, master gardeners, etc.)Β at the monthly meetings
- annual seed exchangeΒ (vegetables, flowers, etc.)
- annual May plant sale (vegetables, flowers, etc.)
- tours (gardens, nurseries, watersheds, etc.)
- festivals (Harvest, Earth Day, etc.)
- volunteer opportunities (Talent Garden Worker Bees (pollinator garden maintenance at city hall, police station, etc.), May plant sale, special planting events,Β etc.)
The
Talent Garden Club is an organization that promotes environmentally healthy practices, educates our community about best gardening practices, encourages the formation of pollinator gardens, and finances scholarships for students pursuing horticulture related majors. We haveΒ a plant saleΒ every May in order to raise funds to support our work.
