As we prepare for our 2026 Dance to Deliver conference, we are excited as we believe that this year will be better than ever before! God has so much in store and we want to ensure that we are prepared. We are expecting greater things with this year's conference and know that we will need a lot of help to bring to life the Vision of God. We would be honored to have you as a volunteer for our conference. As a volunteer, you will get free training leading up to the event. In return we ask that you come humbly and willing to share and serve. Please see below for some of the categories in which we need people to serve. As the conference approaches and we identify further needs these roles may change and or other roles created. We ask that you identify your preferred areas but remain open to the conference needs.

Volunteer Positions *

Registration: Monitor and maintain registration website before and during the conference. Check people in at the door and ensure a smooth registration process.

Hospitality: Friendly, engaging volunteers that will interact with registrants, give direction to restroom, meeting areas, etc.

Gate Keepers: Friendly and observant volunteers that will maintain order in the service assigning facilitator seats, directing registrants to their seats and limiting traffic during service.

Set Up Crew: Ensuring that the meeting spaces and service areas are set properly, areas are cleared between sessions. Collecting any items for lost and found. Setting up and breaking down signage, Alerting if higher level clean-up services are needed by hotel personnel.

Youth Chaperones: Assisting youth facilitators in their assigned sessions. Monitioring youth to eliminate their traffic in the hallways and restrooms.

Worship Tool Keeper: Distributing, collecting and keeping inventory of all pageantry throughout the conference.

Vendor Assistant: Maintain contact with vendors before and during the conference. Show vendors to their assigned area. Collect Vendor donations. Help to maintain traffic in the vendor space.

Media & Marketing: Capturing video & photography, social media management, journalism/reporting during conference sessions and worship services

Culinary Ministry: Assists with coordinating/serving meals for conference speakers

Workshop Monitors: During breakout sessions, core responsibilities include introducing facilitator, keeping time, and ensuring the session is running smoothly
