Cancellation/Refund Policy:  
For any cancellation of participation made not less than five (5) working days before the programme, IoDCCG will refund 100% of the fee paid less 20% administrative charge or will credit 100% of the sum to another programme without charge. For cancellation requests made less than five (5) working days to the programme, fees paid will be forfeited, however, upon request, IoDCCG will apply 50% of the fees to another programme by the same candidate/organization. Cancellation of Participants’ Nominations not received three (3) working days before the event will attract full participation fee.
