Thank you for taking time out to respond to this survey which is hosted by Visaara - a social sector leadership capability building initiative of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore in partnership with Phicus Social Solutions.

Visaara (www.visaara.org) is a Learning Hub for change makers in the impact space and will host a range of learning content aligned to specific roles in the sector and topics / themes of current interest; help connect individuals to expert volunteers; convene experts, practitioners and academics to dialogue on key issues and contribute to policy and practice; engage in research on organization development and leadership of social impact organizations and networks.

We would like your inputs on:
(1) How has the pandemic impacted your organizations and teams?
(2) In this changed context, what capacity building needs and challenges have emerged?

Results of this survey will inform the design and implementation of specific solutions on Visaara.  This data will also form a part of longitudinal research that Visaara will work upon and disseminate in the sector over the next few years. Towards this, we seek a few demographic details of yourself and your organization towards the end of the survey. It will be very helpful if you could complete all questions in this survey. We assure of complete data confidentiality and will seek explicit permission prior to making any data public.
