0 - Extremely problematic Spirit lacking in any communication and safe/fair play (if we receive a zero I intend to talk directly to the teams involved to understand the concerns)
1 - Significant and consistent breaches of good Spirit
2 - Below average Spirit with occasional lapses
3 - Average and completely acceptable Spirit from the opponent (this should be the baseline / standard for any team)
4 - Above average Spirit with demonstrated moments of quality communication and safe/fair play
5 - Above and beyond representation of terrific Spirit (if we receive a five I intend to talk directly to the teams to understand what the team did so well)
