Metro DC DSA Vaccine Outreach Volunteer Interest Form
COVID-19 vaccine outreach in DC has not been equitable. The process of registering for a vaccine currently relies on a web portal that is extremely difficult for seniors to use, as well as requiring access to a smartphone or computer, and reliable internet. The digital divide is a major hurdle for seniors in working-class communities who would like to register for a vaccine appointment.

The Medicare 4 All Working Group of the Metro DC Democratic Socialists of America is launching a pre-registration drive. We are very excited to be collaborating with Councilmember Janeese Lewis George and DC Working Families Party on this outreach campaign. Training will be provided!

B. Tabling in high-traffic areas
C. Hotline support for Spanish/Amharic/Arabic
