2023 FIRST NY Tech Valley Regional Load-in Survey

The purpose of this survey is to learn about your team's plan for robot and pit supply load in. Your response will help schedule load-in time slots to ensure that teams can load in quickly and efficiently.

Pits will be open for load in on Wednesday March 29th from 5:00-8:00pm. Teams should arrive no later than 7:30pm on Wednesday as the pits will close promptly at 8:00pm. Teams who prefer may load-in on Monday morning and should make every effort to arrive between 7:30AM and 8:30AM to avoid delays. Load-in opens on Thursday at 7:45AM.

Please submit your completed survey by Sunday, March 26th, 2023. If you have special circumstances or concerns, please note them at the end of the survey and the Load-in Coordinator will contact you.
