Join us for an afternoon of community, stories, art, and love. Sun Yung Shin and Leslie Barlow - local author and illustrator of children's book Revolutions are Made of Love - will be reading the book aloud and doing a Q&A discussion. Story Time will be followed by opportunities for you to participate in revolutionary love art activities, enjoy appetizers and drinks, and all families will leave with a copy of
Revolutions are Made of Love: The Story of James Boggs and Grace Lee Boggs by Mélina Mangal, Sun Yung Shin, Leslie Barlow (signed by Sun Yung Shin).
All proceeds benefit Out & About Book Bus and their efforts to get LGBTQIA+ and gender affirming books to kids and families throughout the Twin Cities.
Tickets are $30 a person. The event is capped at 50 people.
All ages are welcome and grown ups without children are encouraged to be children at heart and join us for this special event!
