Enterprise Singapore (ESG) administers the National Standardisation Programme under the direction of the industry-led Standards Council of Singapore. The Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) is appointed as the Standards Development Organisation (SDO) to manage the Building and Construction Standards Committee, including their Technical Committees and Working Groups.

IES-SDO is currently reviewing SS 572:2012  Code of practice for the use of timber in buildings  and would like to conduct a survey on the adoption rate of SS 572:2012 in order to have a ground-sensing on the number of users for this standard.
