The Chromebook Service Request Form is for Virtual Virginia and Quarantined Students only.  All In-Person students need to notify their teacher of any issues they have with their Chromebook and have them fill out a service request in the Zendesk ticket system as a "Student On-site Repair."  Following these procedures ensures that your Chromebook service requests are assigned to the right staff and are handled in a timely manner.
