2018-2019 MIS Commendations & Recommendations Form
This form provides members of our community the opportunity to submit commendations or recommendations to the school regarding academics (general), communications, finance/billing, leadership team, parent engagement/activities, school facilities and operations, etc. Your commendations and recommendations will be routed to the appropriate leadership team member for review and (if required and possible) action/response. Overall management of feedback will lie with the Head of School. It will take up to one full school week to respond to your feedback. If you require immediate attention, please refer to the Who Do I Contact Regarding...? form on our website -
NOTE: Any questions or concerns regarding an individual child's experience or challenges in the classroom should be first directed to his/her teacher and then to the section head:
