Photography Request Form
Photography sessions are intended for clients whose purpose is for non-commercial use. Sessions are outdoor only, and must be scheduled by appointment with advanced approval from Middlebrook Farm. 

Session fees are $50/hour and include outdoor access to Middlebrook Farm (farmhouse, barn, gardens, and grounds), Middlebrook Meadow, and Middlebrook Mercantile.
