Join us for an exciting morning in the fields of blue with the University of Minnesota’s Forever Green Initiative (FGI) and the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI) as we introduce a new crop with utilization opportunities across multiple industries: Perennial Flax.

This innovative plant is being developed to thrive within conventional farming systems—offering extended flowering from May through November (a huge win for pollinators!) and the potential for two harvests per season. Whether you’re in the business of cut flowers, natural fibers, specialty seeds, or alternative food and fuel products, this is your chance to see what perennial flax could mean for your operation.
