Seattle Collaborative Orchestra 2017-2018 Adult Musician Application (20 yrs or older)
We are actively seeking highly capable diverse student and community musicians that are interested in participating and engaging in an innovative orchestra devoted to mentorship on a variety of levels and bringing classical and new symphonic works into Seattle communities.

How do I audition?
1. Create video(s) of your audition excerpts and upload them to YouTube (see details below).

2. Fill out this first part of the application form (next sections).

3. Submit the $30 application fee to Seattle Collaborative Orchestra via the PayPal link at the end of this first part.

4. After your fee has been submitted, you may enter the links to your audition videos in the second part of the application.

DEADLINE for application submission and is AUGUST 20, 2017 at 11:59 PM for priority placement.
You will be notified by email of acceptance by Sunday August 27, 2017.

Video Requirements
You need to record and upload a YouTube video with the required excerpts, and solo piece (cell phone video is acceptable).

NOTE:

* Applicant must be clearly visible throughout the whole audition. Audio and video must both be present.

* Applicant must state their name, instrument, and title of solo piece they will be performing.

* Each excerpt should be taped separately.

You MUST make your YouTube link “unlisted” or “public,”  otherwise, we cannot view it.  
Additional criteria
* Your audition will not be judged on video or audio quality of your recording device. Recording on cell phones or photo booth is acceptable.

* Videos can be stopped and started between excerpts, but individual excerpts may not be spliced or edited.

* Audition excerpts should be played / posted in the order listed on SCO "How to Audition" page.
