This survey should be about your makerspace involvement as a leader in 2021. (Leaders can self-identify, for the purposes of this survey, and they don't have to be in paid or elected roles.)
Fill out our Annual Survey, and help us understand the membership qualities, characteristics, and experiences of our nation’s makerspaces. If you are a member of multiple makerspaces, please answer the questions about your primary makerspace, or the one you are most involved with.
Additionally, if your organization:
- Completes 1 Economies Survey
- Has at least one leader complete a Leadership Survey
- Has at least one member complete a Member Survey (who is not the leader above)

2019 Challenge Coins are being sent to makerspaces in Feb 2021. Please reach out to us if you filled out that survey and haven't received your coin by the end of Feb.
