Carolinas MidYear Program Ad & Sponsorship Form
Support Carolinas District of Kiwanis by becoming a program sponsor for the 2026 MidYear Conference. Advertising supports the Carolinas District of Kiwanis by covering the printing costs of the program and enhancements. The benefits of advertising include being seen by Kiwanians, Kiwanis Family members and guests across all of North and South Carolina. In addition, your ad shows that you support the communities of the Carolinas.

Deadline for all advertisements is January 9, 2026. Please ensure payment and all art work has been submitted by this date. Late submissions are not guaranteed.

Sponsor part of Convention

Exhibitor – $500

  • Skirted table with identification sign
  •  ¼ page ad in conference program
  • One conference registration. The benefits, guidelines and terms are detailed in the attached brochure. Additional event registrations for an Exhibitor can be purchased for $250 per person.
  • The Exhibitor’s name shall appear on the Carolinas District website through September 2026.
  • Power point acknowledgment at Conference General Sessions
  • Thank you in the Carolinas District Newsletter (reaches 4,000 members)

Saturday Forums Title Sponsor – $1,500
  • Title Sponsor will be acknowledged at all forums as the Title Sponsor.
  • Title Sponsor will have the opportunity to present a forum on a mutually approved subject germane to the mission of Kiwanis.
  • Exhibit space will be provided (see above).
  • One- page ad in conference program
  • Two complimentary conference registrations ($500 value)
  • Marketing materials shall be included in registration packets. Sponsor shall provide the materials.
  • Company logo shall appear on Carolinas District website with hyperlink through September 2026
  • Digital acknowledgment at Conference General Sessions

Saturday Luncheon Title Sponsor – $2,500

  • Title Sponsor banner to be displayed at the entrance to the luncheon. Banner to be provided by sponsor. In the alternative, District will provide poster signage.
  • The Title Sponsor will be acknowledged. A company representative shall be invited to address the luncheon attendees during lunch for up to five minutes
  • Exhibit space will be provided
  • One- page ad in conference program
  • Two complimentary conference registrations ($500 value)
