Baines Middle School PTO is kicking off its 11th annual Baines Boondoggle on Friday, April 10, 2026. This energetic and festive event brings the school’s faculty, students and community together in a fun and healthy way all while raising vital funds to support our students and teachers. The funds raised through our event allow the Baines PTO to continue supporting important educational needs such as IXL subscription (all-inclusive education-based platform), frogs for science lab dissections, supplemental math curriculum, author visits, Ozobots for STEM learning, Career Day, student club start-ups and much more.
What is the Baines Boondoggle? Imagine a carnival-like atmosphere with games, large inflatables, food, drinks, and music. At the heart of the event is an exciting obstacle course competition, where middle school students race through a series of muddy obstacles while being cheered on by classmates, parents and even future Longhorns from surrounding elementary schools. Our event will be highly publicized and we will proudly share your business sponsorship across local publications, social media, and other community outreach efforts; helping you connect with residents and fellow business owners in the Missouri City area. Boondoggle is Baines Middle School PTO’s largest annual fundraiser and its success depends on the generosity and support from local businesses like yours.
