The California Chiropractic Association herewith contracts with the below firm for sponsorship and or exhibiting at the CalChiro Sports Symposium - May 1-2, 2026 at Paradise Point Resort, San Diego, CA. 

Sponsorships and exhibit spaces will be reserved based on the date/time of your payment and when the contract is approved and notified by an authorized representative. Full and final payment is due when contract is approved. If CalChiro cancels a sponsor/exhibitor based upon any violation of this contract a $500 deposit is non-refundable. The entire payment is non-refundable after February 28, 2026.

Sponsors/Exhibitors will not be allowed to occupy exhibit location without full and final payment for contracted space, sponsorships, and other participations.
