YogaFit Warriors Scholarship Application

To be eligible to win a scholarship* to our YogaFit for Warriors (PTSD) training (https://goo.gl/dRMvX2), please submit this form with answers to the questions listed below by at least 6 weeks prior to the training date.
1. Please provide at least one paragraph per question in Section II.
2. Please only submit if you can attend the training you are applying for.
3. At least one scholarship will be awarded for each YogaFit for Warriors (PTSD) two-day Training ($350 value)
4. Email warrior@yogafit.com with any questions.

Incomplete applications (including contact information) will be discarded.

*Please note: There is a $99 Materials fee associated with this scholarship. This fee will be due prior to the start of the training.

***Please be sure to check in with warrior@yogafit.com regarding the status of your scholarship application before registering for the training. If you choose to register for the training prior to the scholarship award, YogaFit will be unable to refund the amount of provide credit for a future training. YogaFit Terms and Conditions apply.
