This is a google form designed to keep track of the completed service hours for all of the UFSPAS class of 2027. Our goal is to have 100% class participation in service initiatives ◡̈

For a student to be considered for a service cord at graduation, the student should be in good standing and must complete a minimum of 60 hours of eligible service projects. Should there be more than 10 students earning 60+ hours, only the top 10 students with the highest number of service hours will be considered for service cords.

Service projects must fall under one (or more) of the following three Service Categories:

1. Healthcare Related Service (ex: EAC (hrs exceeding requirements), Helping Hands)

2. University and/or SPAS Service (ex: serving with SPAS committees -- helping with admission interviews, socials, tours, outreach events, attending AAPA or FAPA regional conferences)

3. Community Service (ex: volunteering at Ronald McDonald, class/program sponsored community oriented service)
