Thank you for taking part in our congregational survey. This survey is divided into several parts to allow you to focus on one topic or thought at a time. While taking Part 1 of this Survey please think about our various ministries and programs (i.e. Benevolence, Youth, Missions (general), Honduras Mission, Jail, Nursing Home).
