6th Annual Tradeshow - Vendor Registration
You are invited to join us for the 6th Annual LoCo Foods Tradeshow, Tuesday, April 25 from 12:00pm to 4pm at the Highlands Masonic Center in Denver. As a local food producer and/or processor working with LoCo Food Distribution, you have the opportunity to showcase your products listed in LoCo Foods Online Catalog to an audience of chefs, independent grocers, chain grocery buyers including Safeway/Albertsons and Sprouts Farmers Market, restaurant managers, institutions, and local food advocates from around the Front Range.

This Tradeshow features the wonderful variety of local foods that are grown and produced in our area and offered through LoCo Food Distribution. The goal of this event is to establish partnerships and strengthen relationships with our customers and to reinforce LoCo Foods’ brand as an essential partner in the regional food economy.

We make it easy for wholesale buyers to purchase local products from many vendors in one order, one delivery and one payment. Vendors must be in the LoCo Foods Online Catalog to participate and only products currently listed in our catalog may be featured.

Samples
All vendors will be expected to offer samples of their products that are in the LoCo Foods Catalog. Recipes and cooking ideas are welcome. There will be no direct sales at the event. Only products listed in the LoCo foods catalog may be presented/sampled.

Booth Space
All booths will cost $100 and will provide space for a 6 foot table. New this year, please bring your own table. Remember to bring your own tablecloth and anything else you will need to make an enticing display, but please leave your 10x10 pop up at home. Two chairs per space will be provided. Set up will begin at 10:30am.
Payment Remittance
Please mail checks payable to LoCo Food Distribution and mail to 229 N. US Highway 287 Fort Collins, CO 80524 by April 11th.
I understand that my registration and booth reservation is not complete until the booth fee of $100 is received by LoCo Food Distribution.

Promotional Discount
As a service to you, and to help drive your sales at this event, we will be making two discount options available for you to offer to customers who attend the tradeshow. We highly encourage you to choose one, but it will not be required, and LoCo Foods will not be matching any discounts.

Discounts will be available to tradeshow attendees who place orders between April 25th and April 28th. Please indicate which promotion you would like to offer at the tradeshow.

Orders must be placed through the LoCo Foods Online Catalog during and after the Tradeshow.

Optional Vendor Discount
I understand that direct sales are not allowed at the LoCo Food Distribution Tradeshow.

Limitation of Liability
By participating in this event, the Vendor agrees to make no claim for any reason whatsoever, including negligence, against the organizers, its employees or agents or the property owner of the premises for loss, theft, damage or destruction of property or for any injury to exhibitor or its employees while at the event or on the premises.
Insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of the Vendor. It is recommended that you carry your own general liability insurance for the event, including move-in and move-out. It is also recommended that you carry insurance against loss or theft. Organizers are not responsible for replacement of lost or stolen goods
Clean Up
Exhibitors are responsible for leaving their booth space clean and free of trash or other materials.
