We are located in Downtown Jacksonville bringing additional retail shopping options to the area by assisting local and small businesses to be locally relevant in our community too.
In order to provide a unique shopping & networking experience, our vendors are evaluated for approval to avoid multiple businesses with the same or similar products at the event. When same industry businesses are identified determination is based on different characteristics of each business in order to approve requested vending opportunity. We strive to create a positive atmosphere and outcome by not jeopardizing sales or connections at our events.
Approval is based on 1st come 1st serve basis and timely payment. We do generate waiting list and will not hold slots. 1 food truck per event. We also offer Swag Bags to assist small businesses unable to attend but would like to be marketed.
**VENDOR INFORMATION**
1. No late setups or early breakdowns.
2. No refunds for late arrivals or no shows.
3. Must provide own tables and chairs to fit in 10X10 space
4. Outside events- Plan to bring a tent no bigger than 10X10, weights to secure tent if windy and appropriate needs related to weather
5. One business per signup- No shared vendor slots
6. Food vendors must present safe food handling certificate to participate
7. We do not provide electricity for any outdoor events and you must provide own generator or resource for electricity
8. Keep area clean and all trash disposed in proper receptacles.
It is recommended to have a 2nd person to manage flow during the event if able.
