The Popular Education Project is organizing exchanges among groups involved with the Poor People's Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival. Put People First! PA is hosting a group of leaders from Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, North Carolina, Kansas, Vermont, New York, and other states from July 12-15. In the afternoon of Sunday July 14, we're rallying at Hanhemann Hospital to speak out about how the proposed closure directly attacks the poor and dispossessed. In the evening, the leaders visiting the Philadelphia area will join with Philly-based PPC:NCMR groups to meet, eat, and get to know each other!
