Thank you for having an open event! GSS would like to remind you that the more open events you have the more likely your club's chances are for acquiring funding the next academic year.

In order for events to be considered "Open" the events must be advertised publicly in at least three forums (i.e. Lehigh Daily Announcements, GSS General Assembly Meetings, Graduate Life Facebook Page, Weekly Buzz, etc) For helpful information see

In addition to these publicized advertisements, GSS requires you to fill out this form for each individual event. Please feel free to email if you have any questions or comments! If your event spans multiple days, please list all days in the comments section.

When using GSS funds for open events, the club must advertise the event using 3 different sources. Please email with your JPEG or PNG poster or event information ready to be distributed, and GLO can distribute to the GLO Facebook Page, LUGradLife Twitter, and Weekly Buzz Announcements. Please email to with your request to post in the General Assembly Announcements.
