Thank you for your interest in becoming an Adult Mental Health First Aider. I will be offering more Blended (virtual) Mental Health First Aid trainings regularly. You will learn how to use the MHFA Action Plan (ALGEE):
Assess for risk of suicide or harm.
Listen non-judgmentally.
Give reassurance and information.
Encourage appropriate professional help
Encourage self-help and other support strategies.
