The theme for the 2019 Summit is "Equip to Gift" and will focus on young people's call to ministry for the sake of others in their local communities, schools, congregations, synods, and families. Youth will be equipped with peer ministry skills that can be used for a lifetime. Youth attendees should have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. Two youth (grades 9-12) and one adult from each synod is invited to attend. Synods are asked to pay attention to gender, ethnic and ability diversity when selecting youth participants. Additionally, 2 youth and an adult representing youth with disabilities and 2 youth and an adult from each of our multi-ethnic ministries will be participating.
