Thank you for deciding to join us on this exciting study tour to discover the choral traditions of two interesting neighbouring countries, Georgia and Armenia. We have designed the study tour as a modular system where you can choose between three options and visit one or both countries.

The accommodation is NOT included in the participation fees and participants to our Study Tour have to book their hotel rooms themselves. Please note that we are not responsible for the cancellation rules of the hotel, we suggest that you take travel insurance.

By registering for the event, I allow the European Choral Association, Tutarchela Youth Choir, International Association of the Armenian Culture to use the data collected to manage my participation in the event in order to prepare invoices. With this registration I am also aware of the cancellation rules:
- If the participant cancel his application till July 2024, organizers will refund 50% of the fee
- If the participant cancels his participation in August 2024, organisers will not refund your fee.
