The artist will only take a limited number of customers a time. Each customer is equivalent to one commission slot. The number of available commission slots is determined by how many orders the artist believes they can handle at that time, as such, the number of slots can occasionally fluctuate. However, this number will never be lower than the workload the artist already has. You may check how many commission slots are available by viewing the artist's Instagram bio. In the case of there being no open slots, you will have to wait until the artist finishes one of their other commissions or increases the number of slots to order from them.

There will be commission updates every time the artist finishes a stage of the creation process (sketch, line art, colouring, etc.). These updates will always contain a low quality JPEG with several watermarks. You may ask for a commission status update at any point.

Payment is structured in a 50/50 manner, half upfront and half once the piece is done. We utilise PayPal invoices to charge you so that both parties have a standardised record of any and all transactions. All payments must be made with EURO.

Refunds can be issued. However, the artist stays with the amount equivalent to the work they've already done. For example, if someone requests a refund after a sketch has been finished, they shall receive a portion of the initial payment. If the work done exceeds the initial payment, a refund cannot be issued.

If you order artwork for a commercial project, the artist may request royalties for the use of their artwork in the product. These will be agreed upon at the beginning of the process. Royalties must be paid as long as the artist's work is in use; once the customer stops utilising it, they must send a warning disclosing this fact.

The artist will not accept commercial commissions for copyrighted characters unless the client is the rightful copyright owner and presents the relevant proof.

The artist has the right to reject your commission if they do not feel comfortable with the order. Some examples of commissions that will be immediately rejected include: NSFW artwork; NFTs; excessive blood/gore; taboo couples such as: incest, pedophilia, or anything of the like; hateful imagery; political propaganda; animal/child abuse; sexualization of children or "lolis"; racist character designs; defamation of someone else's character; and homophobic/transphobic rhetoric.

The artist has the right to blacklist you from their commission list and not allow you to use their work if you scam them out of their payment, or agreed upon royalties.

The artist is entitled to the rights of all produced pieces. The customer may not edit the piece without permission, or claim the work as their own. Every time the commissioned artwork is used credit must be given to the artist - ClaudeTriesToDraw.
