The Homepage community newspaper is delivered free of charge each month to 10,000 readers in Greater Hazelwood, Greenfield, Four Mile Run, Lincoln Place, Hays and New Homestead. A subscription option is now available for households outside the circulation area.

To receive a free electronic (pdf) version of The Homepage each month, please check the appropriate box below. You may request both a free electronic subscription and a paid postal subscription to The Homepage.

To receive 12 consecutive monthly issues of The Homepage newspaper by mail, complete this form and remit $15 (check or money order payable to Hazelwood Initiative) to:

You will begin receiving The Homepage by email or mail (per your preference above) the month following receipt of your payment.

Subscriptions go out in the beginning of each month. Postal subscriptions do not auto-renew. To renew your postal subscription, please resubmit this form and your payment each year.

The cost of your annual postal subscription covers printing and postage, and will increase when printing and postal rates rise. You will be notified in writing of changes to the price of a postal subscription.
