Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitutes the agreement between you and Liberty Church (the Church). By using the bus services to transport me from the designated pickup area and to the Church and from the Church to the designated pickup area (the Services), you agree to the following:

1.          You understand that using the Services may cause injury or death and you agree that you are using the Services entirely at my own risk. 

2.          You will not have any claim, and irrevocably waive any claim that you may have, against the Church or the Church’s employees’ for any injury, damage or loss that you may sustain or suffer as a result of using the Services. 

3.          You will at all times follow the rules in respect of the Services and the reasonable instructions and directions of the Church’s officials. You will at all times act in such a way to ensure your own safety and the safety of other commuters on the bus.

4.          You indemnify and hold the Church and the Church’s employees harmless from and against any and all losses, damages or costs suffered, sustained or incurred by the Church or the Church’s employees and any claims brought against the Church and the Church’s employees arising from or in connection with: 

4.1            loss of, or damage to property; and/or

4.2            injury or death; and/or

4.3            costs, losses and damages suffered and/or incurred by my family members or the executor of my estate as a result of my injury or death; and/or

4.4            any breach of the provisions of this Waiver and Indemnity,

while using the Services.

5.          You acknowledge and confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions and any and all waivers, indemnities and undertakings have been irrevocably given in favour of the Church and the Church’s employees in using the Services.
