A separate form is required for each individual who will be attending the event.  Once the form has been submitted, an invoice will be generated within 48 hours,  for the amount of the site registration, feast, or any other costs that are applicable, and emailed to the originator's email address. Forms generated from the same email address will be invoiced together.   Invoices must be paid within 3 days or the pre-registration will be cancelled.
