Please complete and submit this form if you wish to cancel or change your subscription. Otherwise, your subscription will renew automatically as listed in your reminder email. We will process your request prior to your next renewal date. If you are completing this form within 2 days of your renewal date, please email directly with your request and pertinent account information. Please email with general support requests (non-subscription account cancellations, username changes, technical questions, etc.). Thank you!

To allow you to update your payment method, we have to cancel the auto-renewal instructions PayPal has that are tied to your subscription account. NOTE: The auto-renewal cancellation will not cancel your LiveBinders account.

You’ll receive an email confirming that the recurring payment profile (the auto-renewal) on your account has been cancelled. If you'd like to resubscribe, you can do so on our Upgrade page, or you can request that an invoice be created so that you can make a one-time payment to LiveBinders for your subscription (annual subscriptions only).

LiveBinders does not have access to any of your credit card information, and we cannot accept credit card payments over the phone.
