Fort Benton Public Schools was ordered to close on March 15th by Governor Bullock for a two week period from March 16th -- March 27th. On March 24th Governor Bullock extended that closure until April 10th.

During the school closure, Fort Benton School staff has been working diligently to transition learning to online/off-site instruction for students. As a district we fully understand the burden this closure has placed on our students, parents, and staff. Please understand that our new learning platform is not our ideal nor choice method of instructional delivery and we know it can not replace face-to-face instruction with our teachers. The Longhorn leaders (Teachers and all staff) sincerely miss seeing, and connecting with our students everyday!

Through this transition we are purposefully working to perfect our instructional delivery methods to ensure we are doing the best we can to meet the needs of our students and continue their education. We are requesting the input of our staff, students, parents, and community as we navigate through the various issues and concerns that have developed as a result of the closure of schools.

Please use this form to submit your anonymous responses to the below questions to help our administration and staff better assist our students and families during this time.

As always, thank you for your patience, hard work, and support during these challenging times

Go Longhorns!
