The LowCountry Alliance for Healthy Youth (LCAHY) is a recipient of the Drug-Free Communities Grant. The Drug-Free Communities Grant requires that the LowCountry Alliance for Healthy Youth documents in-kind donations and service hours. Please complete the form below to document donations and service hours to LCAHY in year seven of the DFC grant (September 30th, 2023- September 29th, 2024). Your documentation of donations and service hours should be entered monthly.
