COMMERCIAL/OFFICE PRE-DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE
This pre-design questionnaire aims to provide initial information and scope of work regarding your project so we can assess how to go about and give solutions during the planning and design stage. With the information gathered, we will be able to provide you a design fee proposal to be reviewed and signed before starting the pre-design stage.

Keep this in mind while answering the pre-design questionnaire:

•Give qualitative information.
•Express in descriptive manner what you like to be done in your project (renovation, new house/office,
  commercial, institutional, interior design).
•Tell us what you like and not like.
•Every user has different wants and needs. List down the items that a particular user wants or needs in their
  space. As much as possible, we would like to address all the concerns and create a space that works for
  everyone.
•We encourage you to send pegs or sample designs that you like to have in your project.
