CNS Mechirat Chametz 5775 - Delegation of Power to Rabbi Menachem Creditor to Sell Chametz

Chametz is leavened food forbidden on Pesach. According to Halachah (Jewish law), we may not own, eat or benefit from chametz during Passover. It has become a practice to temporarily sell one's chametz (via their rabbi) to someone who is not Jewish, who owns the chametz during Pesach and relinquishes it after Pesach.

By filling out this form, I hereby authorize Rabbi Menachem Creditor to sell my chametz to a person who is not Jewish. I acknowledge that between 11am (Pacific) on Friday, April 3, 2015 and 9:05pm (Pacific) Saturday April 11, 2015 any chametz located at the addresses I list below does not belong to me.

This Form MUST be submitted by 8am Pacific on Friday, April 3, 2015
